Requests for updating, rectification or deletion of the data will be answered within the following fifteen (15) business days, starting from the following day of the receipt date. When it is not possible to attend within this term, costumers will be informed before the expiration of the aforementioned term, the reasons for the delay plus the date on which their claim will be attended, which in no case may exceed eight (8) business days after the expiration of the first term.
