Shipping Policies

MERCEDES CAMPUZANO makes shipments through our partner carrier, which guarantees security and coverage, so that your purchase reaches safely at your address. Our current applies to the USA, Mexico, Peru, Costa Rica, Guatemala and Ecuador.

 

Delivery times

Our delivery time terms start counting from the moment the payment confirmation is done, at the time in which your payment is approved you will get an email with its confirmation. You can always check upon the status of your purchase entering at the menu "My account - My Orders" on our website.

The delivery time of our products is approximately from 3-10 business days, if you bought at an event or five business days after the event, the delivery time is 3 to 15 business days, in case there are no causes beyond our own control.

Deliveries cannot be made on an exact schedule. In case you have any concerns with the dispatch of the product you can communicate through our MERCEDES CAMPUZANO customer service line  via our chat web, available from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. till 5: 30 pm, or through our mail customerservice@mercedescampuzano.com, to check the transport status.

The product may be received and inspected by any person of legal age who is present at the delivery place, for which the signature of the transporter's guide will be enough

In case the product or its package presents damage signs at the time of delivery, you must mark down in the carrier's guide as an observation and contact the customer service line of MERCEDES CAMPUZANO customer service line  via our chat web, available from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. till 5: 30 pm, through our mail customerservice@mercedescampuzano.com

 

DELIVERY COSTS

The shipping cost will depend on the rates established by destination displayed on our online store int.mercedescampuzano.com . At the moment when your purchase is made this will be specified in the purchase process.

 

RETURNS

Order returns will be assumed by the client and must be requested through the email customerservice@mercedescampuzano.com or by our chat web.
